Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
