Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Silverline Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Baltimore. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
