Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
