Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
