Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
