Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Ironwood Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Birmingham. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
