Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
