Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Group manages apartment communities around Baltimore. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
