Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Manufacturing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for production lines in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
