Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Harborlight Summit Construction Group is a New Orleans contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
