Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Silverline Beacon Press Group is a printer and publisher in Minneapolis serving local and national clients, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
