Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Property Management is a Louisville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
