Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
