Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Property Management Group is a Richmond property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
