Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Granite Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
