Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Northwind Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Portland region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
