Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Timber Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around San Antonio, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
