Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management is a Knoxville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
