Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management Group is a Raleigh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
