Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Stonegate Iron Property Management is a Louisville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
