Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Bright Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
