Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Rivermark Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
