Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bright Maple Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
