Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is a Pittsburgh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
