Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
