Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
