Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Pharma and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for quality documentation in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
