Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
