Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Silverline Timber Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
