Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
