Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Highbridge Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Omaha, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
