Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
