Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Field Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
