Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Milwaukee area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
