Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bright Linden Environmental Services Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
