Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Farms is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
