Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Highbridge Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
