Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Nashville area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
