Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Cedar Wilder Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
