Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Lumen West Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Baltimore. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
