Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bright Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
