Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Granite Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
