Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
