Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Housing provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
