Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
