Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
