Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
