Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
