Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
