Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Cedar Foods is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
